When will my Helvetica MP UK Ltd order arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48–72 hours (Monday to Friday).

• UK orders should arrive 1–3 working days after dispatch.

• Please allow up to 10 working days for any orders outside of the UK to arrive before getting in touch.

RETURNS

You can return any unwanted items to us within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure you contact us if this is not possible, and we will review on a case-by-case basis. Returns received after 14 days (without prior contact) are eligible for store credit so long as the items are in original packaging and condition upon inspection.

Follow these steps if you need to return an item(s):

1. Ensure the item is unworn, folded neatly in original packaging with labels attached. Items not received in a re-sellable condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange unless the product is deemed faulty.

2. Include a note within your parcel stating your name, order number and return requirements (refund or exchange) so we can identify you. Please provide details of the product required for an exchange on this note if necessary.

3. Send your item(s) to the address below using a tracked service of your choice. Helvetica MP UK Ltd are not responsible for any items returned to us once they are in transit. To ensure a smooth returns process, make us aware of your return once you have sent it, including any tracking information you may have, via email: returns@helvetica-mp.co.uk
